In this case, your bank has prevented the purchase from being completed. This can happen even if funds are available. They may give a specific reason.
We suggest using a different payment method.
Scenario 2: Payment selected for review
In some cases, a payment may be selected for review. This is ultimately for your safety. If we are unable to verify that the payment is not fraudulent, the payment will be refunded.
In both cases, we suggest waiting at least 3 minutes before repurchasing.

The authorizations are not charges and fall off very shortly after appearing.
