Make Corrections

Somethings wrong with my order, I need to make a correction Fast!

 

We provide complimentary corrections to our customers. 

 

Our customer support team works very hard to send the updated stubs in a timely manner. However, due to demand, the stubs may not be delivered exactly at the time you require them.

 

 If you need them immediately we recommend repurchasing your order. Email us both the old and new receipt numbers at support@realcheckstubs.com

 

A refund will be issued for the flawed order in lieu of a correction. 

 

If you can wait for the new stub, please follow the steps listed below. 

To fix word overlap errors:

Reduce the amount of text placed in the overlapping field by abbreviating and removing wording. 

To fix ytd issues (Backwards ytd) review the link provided before proceeding to the recreation steps. (This issue is usually attributed to entering the dates in reverse order.) https://realcheckstubs.groovehq.com/knowledge_base/topics/adjusting-the-ytd-on-your-stub 

 
  1. Follow the same process you used to complete your purchase. 

Select your template, enter your information, preview for accuracy, proceed to enter your email address for delivery. 

 

2. Double check your order for accuracy, ensuring that your dates and information is exactly as you want it.

 

3.Proceed to the checkout page.


 


4.Enter your email address


5. Click “Place order” 

 

6. Click “Complete Order”. Allow the payment box to open and allow it to remain open for 60 seconds. 

 



7.  It is important to allow the payment box to both open and stay open for at least 60 seconds or the new order will not be transmitted to our editing team.

7.Notify us that you have completed these steps and the email address you used. 

Your corrections will only be sent if you reply with the following information.

1. Original Receipt Number

2. Original email address used to complete purchase

3. The email address used to complete the correction if different from the original.

The stubs are manually sent by our review team. If you don't notify us, they won't know to review your corrected order. 

 

Our editing team does not make any changes to the information that you submit, ever. Please review your order for accuracy. It is very common to fix one thing and make a mistake in another area.
