After successful payment, your order is delivered immediately to the email address entered during checkout. Read below if you have not received your order.


As a first step we suggest using the resend my order link:

If that doesn't work, that means that your order was not processed (and you were not charged) or that a different email address was used. 

Scenario 2: Wrong email address 

Without the receipt or email address, our support team will require additional information to locate your order. 

 

  1. Last 4 digits of the card used to complete the order
  2. Date of order
  3. Amount of order
  4. Company name listed on Paystubs. 

Reply with this information and our support team will promptly begin searching for your order. 

Scenario 3: Payment not successfully processed.

 

In this scenario, you may receive a message that your order is either pending manager approval or that your payment method was not accepted. 

 

Manager Approval: Our payment processor employs very high-level fraud detection systems that are sometimes triggered by trivial mistakes, ie zip code misspelling of name etc. 

 

If you do not receive your order within 3 minutes, don’t panic. Your payment will be refunded.

 

Payment refused:

In these cases, your payment may be refused by our payment processor. To fix this we suggest using a different credit/debit card. 

 

P.S. In both cases the payment can show as pending on your statement. We haven’t actually received your payment until it is shown as completed. 


If you suspect that your order was successfully placed, reply with the information above and our support team will work to locate your order. Misspelled email address is usually the culprit.
