Method 1 - Edit via account access

Method 3 -Repurchase stubs and send the reciept number of both the original and new purchase a for full and complete refund
Method 1. Edit Via Account Access
1.Log into your account (if you do not have one please create one using the same email address used to complete your purchase.)
2.Click on "My Stubs"
3.Click on "Request to edit stubs"
4.You will receive an email with a link to edit your stubs.
5. After you complete your edit your new stub will be available for download immediately.
Method 2: Edit via the recreation of stubs and manual approval
This method is required if your order is older than 24 hours or if you need to make extensive edits.

It is important to understand that this method requires a manual review and there may be a delay in receipt of the newly edited stub. If an immediate stub correction is required a new purchase is recommended. Reply with the receipts for both the old purchase and new purchase and a refund will be issued.
