What’s the difference between the employee option and the contractor option?

Employee: Taxes and deductions are added to the stubs calculations

Contractor: Taxes and deductions are not added to the stubs calculations.

Note: The net pay is empty as the total pay is equal to the gross pay. No deductions are available for a net calculation.
