Every employee situation is different especially when it comes their year to date earnings commonly abbreviated as ytd. The employee may have been working since January 1st or may have started work in March. Our system can accomodate either situation. The important thing to remember is that the ytd restarts every year.
Examples of how ytd works:
This is employees first paystub. Click the ytd option and select 1.
Employee has been paid 10 times since January because they started later in the year. Click the ytd option and select 10 to indicate the employee has been paid 10 times.
